That 2017 would be a challenging year was on the cards when the year began. However, our client Lootah Real Estate Development chose to stay true to its brand promise: Inspiring Your Life. They challenged Birdie Dubai to create a campaign that gave the brand communication a fresh new look while uplifting spirits, boosting positivity and spreading good cheer.
We were inspired by Lootah’s core values, attributes and features that can be found in every home they build: Pioneers in construction, best quality materials, spacious homes, thoughtful design, great locations, world-class amenities and more (a total of 12).
We married these attributes to customers’ core emotional desires in life such as: Confidence, harmony, success, respect, serenity, trust and more (a total of 12). And what we ended up with was a 12-message campaign that spoke volumes about the values of Lootah Real Estate Development and the joy it brought to the lives of its tenants and owners.
