Al Saja’a Industrial Oasis (ASIO) in Sharjah is one of the largest industrial projects in the region. Birdie Dubai’s task was to launch the brand through a grand launch event – to meet the first phase of sales for new industrial and mixed-use plots.
To generate interest about ASIO in the business community, Birdie Dubai created a bi-lingual website that allowed buyers to pre-register their interest. Invitations to the event were sent to the movers and shakers of Sharjah’s business community. Over 200 guests attended the event where after presentations by ASIO’s management, gala dinner and live performance by Guy Manoukian and his band, the ASIO team succeeded in closing deals on plots varying from 13,454 sq. ft. to 53,819 sq. ft.
Thanks to Birdie Dubai’s industry and ASIO’s unparelled product, business boomed that evening!
